Home Inspection Options
A professional home inspection is extremely important. A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a written report of findings. The client then uses the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase or the condition of their current home. The home inspector describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection but does not guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components.
As a buyer, you want to make an informed decision on your home purchase. A professional home inspection from Priority Home Inspections will give you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so you can make a sound, informed decision.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
This inspection will normally take place about 11 months after closing. This inspection is done to check for any deficiencies that have developed so they can be brought to the builder’s attention. Most builders offer a one year warranty, having this inspection completed within the 11th month will give you sufficient time to report problems to the builder and get the repairs completed before the warranty expires.
Home Maintenance Inspection
A home maintenance inspection is essentially the same as a standard home inspection. This type of inspection is for people that have been in their homes for a few years and would like a professional to look at the condition of their home. This way a home inspector can find small problems before they get big.
